Because it’s time for CYBERSTRIKE!
What is Cyberstrike ?
It is the only tech fest organized by the Dot Com Club of Jai hind college which is famous for its legendary college fests. The combined efforts of the students, teachers, and participants are what makes it so special! It’s getting bigger and better every year.
Every year, games like Pubg(PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds), CS: GO, CS:1.6, and Fifa which are the royalty in games are major hits. CYBERSTRIKE 2019 also added COD (Call of Duty) to its list. These games always remain the center of attraction because not only do you get to play your favorite games with your squad but are also honored for the same!
Last year we collaborated on an e-waste drive which was a huge success. We collected 150 kg of e-waste in just 2 days!
A tech talk on Ethical hacking was organized which was fun and informative. The workshops like robotics and drone making are always a hit as they are challenging and are certified by pioneers like IIT.
Debaters from over 30 colleges in Mumbai had come to our college in Churchgate to be a part of our debate competition. The debates were heated and the debaters were pugnacious.
CYBERSTRIKE 2019 went virtual and teamed up with one of India’s best, zero latency for VR gaming and entertainment! Smaller events like the escape room, quiz, and mini-hackathon had a not-so-small turnout.
Our tech-savvy students proved themselves yet again by outperforming in the football tournament held by the dot-com club for the students of the department of IT & BVoc at the FUNSHALLA TURF at Lalbaug on 11th December 2019. But all is forgotten when our mouth-watering food stalls are sighted. The delicious Noodles, Dabeli, Pizza, Pasta, Fries, Chaats, Chocolates, and Cupcakes were relished by everyone from exhilarated organizers to ravenous participants.
But this idea is made real by our reliable sponsors who take us for our word and believe in our ideas undoubtedly. From cool games for gamers to workshops for geeks. From food stalls for the gourmets to e-waste drives for the environmentally aware.
From debates for the eristics to coding for the programmer, CYBERSTRIKE has it all!
