- All players must be registered college students.
- Teams must consist of 5 players (optional: 1 substitute).
- Each match will be played in Standard Competitive Mode.
- Cheating will result in immediate disqualification of the team.
Call of Duty Mobile Rules and Regulations
- Teams consist of 4 players (squad mode).
- Modded devices or apps that give unfair advantages are banned.
- Teams may use in-game chat or an external platform as allowed by the organizer.
- Any toxic behavior or unsportsmanlike conduct will lead to disqualification.
FIFA Rules and Regulations
- Overtime: If the game goes into extra time, the winner will be decided using penalty shots.
- Any regular season teams, as installed with the original game, can be selected except for all-star teams.
- The game will be 1 v 1.
- Whatever decision the organizing team makes will be final.
BGMI Rules and Regulations
- It is a 4-player team tournament. A 4-man starter roster (+1 substitute is allowed but should be informed before registration).
- Any game modifying tools except ‘GFX tool’ are not allowed.
- Only in-game voice chat should be used after the game starts till its completion.
- Any use of unfair means such as aimbot, trigger bot, ESP will be disqualified.
Mortal Kombat Rules and Regulations
- It’s a 1 v 1 game.
- All games will be played on PS5.
Cybersecurity Challenge Rules
- The event will have a fixed duration. All challenges must be completed within this timeframe.
- External tools, libraries, or scripts are allowed if they comply with ethical hacking standards.
- Communication is allowed within teams only. Sharing flags or solutions between teams is strictly prohibited.
- Cheating, intentional disruption, or inappropriate behavior will result in disqualification.
Bug Bounty Challenge Rules
- The event will consist of three rounds.
- The contestant with the highest cumulative score across all rounds wins.
- In case of a tie, the contestant who took the least total time across all rounds is the winner.
- Plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Debugging tools provided: Any standard IDE or text editor.
Code Relay Rules
- Team Size: 4 participants per team.
- The event will be divided into 2 phases: Preparation Phase and Relay Phase.
- Team members must collaborate only during handover discussions; no simultaneous coding or unauthorized communication during a turn.
- Teams must write their own code; external code or copied solutions will lead to disqualification.
- Teams can use standard IDEs, compilers, and debugging tools provided.
PromptCraft Rules
- HTML, CSS, JS, and Bootstrap can only be used.
- All participants are free to use AI of their choice [CHAT-GPT, Gemini, Blackbox, Meta-AI].
- Prompts must not be deleted. Deletion will lead to disqualification.
- All chat should be exported to a Word or text file mandatorily.
Sherlock Codes Rules
- Only the provided resources (PDFs, documents, tools) can be used for solving the puzzles.
- Any attempts to manipulate the system or violate event rules will lead to disqualification.
- Each participant/team will have a fixed time to solve the puzzles.
ArTech Challenge Rules
- Participants must use Tinkercad as the primary platform for building their IoT systems.
- All projects must be original. Plagiarism or using pre-built designs from external sources will lead to disqualification.
- Any attempts to manipulate the system, cheat, or violate the event rules will result in immediate disqualification.
Timeless Rhythms: A Journey from Retro to Modern
- Each team can consist of 2 to 6 members.
- The theme of the performance should be retro to modern, showcasing a transition from past to present through music, dance, or drama.
- The total performance time limit is 6 minutes, with an additional 2 minutes allowed for setup.
- Teams must adhere to the time limit for both performance and setup. Exceeding the time limit may lead to penalties or disqualification.
- All team members must register individually before the event.
Fashion Show: Strut the Runway
- Participants must bring their own costumes and props.
- Outfits should align with the theme but must not be overly bold or revealing.
- Props are encouraged but should be manageable and complement the performance.
- Judging will be based on theme relevance, walking style, creativity, and overall impact.
- For performance the team will get 8 minutes max + 2 minutes for setup.
Canvas Painting: Hue & You
- Canvas will be provided by the organizers; participants must bring their own materials such as paints, brushes, and other tools.
- Use of electronic devices is strictly prohibited.
- Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Judging will be based on creativity, interpretation of the theme, neatness, and overall presentation.
Video Making: Capture the Essence
- The video must be exactly one minute long.
- Participants can use any device, including phones or cameras, for recording and editing.
- The participant must capture highlights of Day one only.
- Edited videos must be submitted via email to the DCC mail address.
DCC CONFERENCE: Voices of Tomorrow
- Country assignments are based on preferences and availability but are at the discretion of the organizing committee.
- The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal or absence.
- Delegates must maintain professionalism and follow all event rules. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in disqualification.
- Delegates must research their assigned country, prepare adequately, and attend all sessions on time.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, venue, or committee structure.
- The organizing committee is not responsible for personal loss, damage, or injuries during the event.
Escape Room: The Great Escape
- No Digital Devices: Digital devices (phones, tablets, smartwatches, etc.) are not allowed inside the room.
- Time Limit: Each team will have 10 minutes to solve the mystery and escape the room.
- Failure to Escape: If a team does not solve the puzzle within the 10-minute time limit, the event volunteer will open the door from the outside.
JAI HIND COLLEGE’S: HACKATHON
- Original Work: All projects must be original work created during the hackathon. Instant disqualification if project is plagiarised.
- Code of Conduct: Participants must follow the code of conduct that promotes respect, inclusivity, and fairness.
- Judging Criteria: Projects will be judged based on creativity, innovation, technical difficulty, and overall impact.
- Project Submission: Teams must submit their projects by the designated deadline.
- Project Format: Projects are to be submitted in the form of a demo along with documentation.
