Event Details:
Challenge – Capacity: 20 teams
– Participants per Team: 2
– Duration: 2 hours

Objective:
Teams will design and create a website using existing online elements, templates, and tools without any manual code typing. Customization of the elements is allowed, encouraging participants to showcase their creativity and design flair.

Rules:
1. Automatic submission occurs once the time limit is reached.
2. Three coding questions will be provided.
3. Only Java, CPP, and Python are allowed in the HackerBlocks editor.
4. Plagiarism is not allowed; code copying results in disqualification.
5. Avoid discussing strategies during the contest.
6. Marks are based on code optimization and the number of passed test cases.
7. Contest is open for 60 minutes after clicking the attempt button.
8. Do not submit code through copy-pasting.
9. If you see an alert “You’ve already attempted and submitted the test, press Ctrl+R.
10. Time limits and other constraints are adjusted for different languages to make judgments fair.

Judging Criteria:
1. Creativity: Originality and innovative use of available online elements.
2. Design Aesthetics: Visual appeal and user-friendly design.
3. Functionality: How well the website meets basic functionality requirements.
